Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Shipping Times

Once processed, shipping takes 3–5 business days.

Shipping times vary based on the destination selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Billing & Shipping Information

For security and fraud prevention purposes, the billing and shipping information provided at checkout must match. Orders with mismatched billing and shipping information will be canceled. Jai & Co. Extensions reserves the right to refuse shipment of any order that cannot be verified.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Jai & Co. Extensions is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments caused by incorrect addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Please contact the carrier directly regarding transit delays.

Returned Packages

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or failure to collect may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.
